Cancel the guaranteed reservation shall be handled in the day before guest check in before 1600 such as cancel booking after this time the hotel will charge one night room charge

No Show Policy
未抵达
Should your guest with a guaranteed reservation not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival a onenight room charge will be levied as noshow charge Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale Because of natural disasters or other force majeure factors to cancel or change the booking the hotel will not charge any fees
已担保预订果未入住日24时前取消晚客未酒店收取晚房费余日订房予保留
然灾害等抗素取消变更预订酒店收取损失费

² All guest rooms’ charges including Food & Beverage expenses and other miscellaneous expenses will be settled by the individual guest upon departure unless alternate arrangement has been made with the Hotel’s Credit Department
