质量又称为品质.依据ISO 9000:2000,质量定义为:
degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfils requirement
固有特性满足要求的程度
Note: The term" quality” can be used with adjectives such as poor, good or excellent.
质量可以用差,好或极好来形容
Note:" inherent” means existing in something, especially as permanent characteristic.
固有的意思是指某些存在特别是永久特性.
19. 质量管理基本概念产品(Product)
定义:Result of process 过程的结果.(ISO 9000:2000)
产品一般可分为四类:
硬件(Hardware)
由一个或多个不同的物品组成的有形产品
软件(Software)
由信息,指令,文件或程序组成的一种有智力成分的创造物.
流程性材料(Processed Material)
通过将原材料转化成某一预定状态所形成的有形产品.
服务(Service)
为满足顾客的需要,供方和顾客之间接触的活动和供方内部活动的结果.
