Performing as a Master Black Belt or a Black Belt can be a stressful and a fatiguing role – solving extremely critical and tough problems, having high deliverables, having high visibility to deliverables and being outside of the normal workplace “network”. Energy to sustain high levels of deliverables will be enhanced by providing appropriate incentives at the appropriate time. The goal for these incentives to accelerate the number of projects completed, to achieve the highest level of Black Belt problem solving capability and the highest possible technical proficiency in the breakthrough strategy.
A one-time monetary reward of $________ will be given to the BB/MBB for achieving the status of certification. In this process the BB/MBB has to complete a minimum of two projects and demonstrate technical proficiency in the Breakthrough Strategy.
If an individual aspires to and becomes a certified Master Black Belt there is a $________ bonus for have made that level of achievement.
An annual rewards and recognition event will scheduled to occur once per year. This event will be used to recognize exceptional performers in terms of dollars saved, number of projects completed, leadership accomplishments and Six Sigma proficiency. Individuals who achieve validated forecasted bottom line savings in increments of $________ will be given a plaque and letter from the Executive Staff acknowledging their achievement.
