60. LDAR实施策略 LDAR executive strategy 2007年4月编制《泄漏检测及修理(LDAR)程序》,参考了美国环境总署的Method 21和美国BP的LDAR程序手册。
The Leak Detection And Repair Procedure (LDAR) was prepared in April 2007 by making reference to US EPA Method 2 and American BP LDAR procedure manual.
1. 泄漏定义:检测值>10000ppm
Definition of leakage: detected value >10000ppm
2. 检测频率: 至少半年一次,关键区域每3个月一次
Frequency of detection: once every six months; once every three months for EBSM hot benzene system, AN HCN system;
4. 修理要求:15天之内进行修理,无法修理列入大修清单。
Repair requirements: to be repaired within 15 days. Those that can not be repaired shall be listed into the items of turnaround.
