45. Capacity/Load BalancingThe system schedules all the flights in MSS, then use MRP procedure to calculate all the services required.
The service requirements are scheduled by MRP at the latest start time (LST). The system also calculates the earliest start time (EST) schedule.
Schedules are then adjusted between EST and LST to balance the loading and capacity.
