67. PU Recycling1. 福特於90年以福特為中心,由中技社輔導結合其協力廠商推動PU回收再利用觀念及實務推動。
2. 於6月21日邀請大學教授及巴斯夫經理實施PU回收再利用現有世界趨勢及各種運用手法,包括固體回收、氣態回收等方式,並舉實際案例說明當然也包括處理方式如焚化等。
3. 以固體粉碎製成碎棉回收再利用。下腳料粉碎加膠成型裁切灌注成品之附件

下腳—在生產線上或少都有一些生產上造成的下腳料(毛邊餘料或報廢之不良品等)
粉碎—經由粉碎機實施粉碎再抽至集中室中集存
加膠成型—集存送至攪拌室加膠後攪拌再置於成型機內4HR加壓成型
裁切—成型後以水平及垂直裁床實施裁切成小塊碎棉不裁切整支賣給廠商
再利用—切成之小塊碎棉使用於灌注成品之附件中再利用
69. PU Recycling(III)5. 經濟面:
一方面可減少廢棄物處理費用(1Kg 4元每支200Kg節省每支800元),一方面可改善成品中之特殊要求(如背合棉某部分需要較硬或要防止異音均可考量加入)
以整支碎棉賣出每天約1支每支以3,000元計,一年效益約79萬元,垃圾處理費1 Kg 4元每支200 Kg每個月以22支計,可節省一年約21萬元,合計年效益約100萬元
