合引起合关争议果协商解决应提 交中国国际济贸易仲裁委员会深圳分会申请仲裁时该会时施行仲裁 规进行仲裁仲裁裁决终局双方均约束力
any dispute arising from or in connection with the sales contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation in case no settlement can be reached the dispute shall then be submitted to china international economic and trade arbitration mission (cietac) shenzhe mission for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration the arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties
