Supply good service to satisfy Oil Company (the Operator). 严格执行钻井合同和钻井设计，防止所有可防止的事故，为甲方提供满意的效劳。 3) Set a good example for the others by his professional HSE, management and drilling performance etc. 在HSE、管理和作业表现等方面，起好带头作用。 4) To be responsible for rig overall management, including the management of Chinese or overseas personnel management (such as: on-duty and off-duty rotation plan, promotion and demotion or dismiss), HSE, equipment and down-hole engineering and etc.. 负责井队的全面管理，包括：中国和海外员工的管理〔比方倒班方案、员工的提拔、降级或解雇等〕、HSE 、设备和井下作业。 5) Coordinate the relationship among rig team, Oil Company and all third parties. Well organize rig crew to perform drilling jobs in the most efficient, safest way under the instruction of Company representative. 协调井队、甲方和第三方在作业现场的关系，按照甲方代表的指令，高效、平安地组织钻井施工。 6) In case that there is any different idea with Company Representative, suggestion should be made immediately to prevent rig personnel, rig equipment and well-bore hole from all kinds of damage. 一旦与甲方代表有不同意见，应及时提出建议使井队人员、设备和井眼免受各种损害。 7) To be responsible for materials pre-planning, controlling and managing. 负责材料的提前方案、控制和管理。 8) To be responsible for arranging program to train employee. 负责安排中方和当地员工的培训。 9) Implement other temporary tasks specified by leader from time to time. 完成领导安排的临时性工作。 10) Organize daily operation meeting with the following attendees: The toolprusher, HSE officer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, TDS engineer and driller. Clearly understand the latest operation. Analyze and solve encountered problems. Check around and inspect the working status of the personnel and equipment. 每日组织召开生产碰头会，要求带班队长、HSE监督、机械师、电器师、TDS工程师和值班司钻参加，准确掌握生产动态，并及时分析和解决生产中出现的问题，巡回检查各岗位、设备情况。 11) Arrange a weekly safety analysis meeting. 每周组织一次平安分析会。 12) Arrange a monthly meeting to summarize the operation. Experience Minimum of 6 years in rig site and of 3 years experience to be a tool pusher, assistant tool pusher or drilling engineer. If any inaccuracy is found, report to HSE superintendent and GWDC HSE department. 催促井队落实公司HSE管理体系及HSE系统化管理有关措施，并将在实施过程中发现的不完善等问题向HSE高级监督及公司HSE部报告。 6) Participate in the evaluation& assessment of drilling rig’s HSE performance. 参与对井队HSE工作的考核。 7) Give suggestion to punish the person who against HSE rules and make the accident. Report it to project team and GWDC. 对HSE事故责任人提出处理意见，报工程部和公司处理。 8) To hold weekly and monthly HSE routine meeting. 召开每周、每月的HSE例会。 9) To meet HSE requirements issued by GWDC, the operator and the local government. 落实公司、业主和当地政府的HSE要求。 10) To perform all kinds of HSE inspections and practice different emergency drills as regulated. Install, test the equipment to be responsible for and gather equipment running record and other documents. 负责所有机械设备，如钻台、动力、泥浆循环系统、井控系统和机动车辆等的管理、维护、维修等。负责设备在现场的安装、调试及资料的收集工作。 4) Timely resolve every trouble or difficulty of mechanical equipment and report same. The driller should check all of them at least twice per tour and prior to POOH, driller should check them closely. 防碰天车装置使用双保险，当班期间至少检查两次，每趟起钻前检查一次； 2) Get concentrated on operation and never hoist traveling block overspeedly. Pay attention to where drilling line is on the main drum and where drill string is and disengage drawworks at proper moment. 操作时集中精力，控制好速度，注意滚筒上钢丝绳位置和起出钻具的位置，及时摘车； 3) Disengage drawworks clutch or directly stop drawworks in case that low-speed clutch can’t be disengaged. 遇低速不放气时，立即摘总离合器或停总车； 4) In case that collision is occurred, driller should stop power input and engage the brake urgently. Floorhand should run away from drill floor immediately. At the same, report to rig manager, toolpusher and mechanic. 一旦发现碰天车应立即摘去动力，紧急刹车，井口人员迅速撤离钻台，并立即报告平台经理、带班队长和机械师。 4.2.2 Drawworks without brake 绞车失去刹车 1) Tourly, weekly and monthly check the drwworks brake system and hi-speed & lo-speed clutch. Use auxiliary brake in proper time during RIH. 坚持刹车系统、上下速离合器的班、周、月检查，下钻要及时挂辅助刹车； 2) Never overspeed lowering traveling block. Adjust auxiliary brake properly with the variation of hook load. Keep it steady instead of jerky during hoisting and lowering the traveling block. 下放游车过程中，控制下放速度，要根据悬重的变化调整、使用好辅助刹车，做到平稳起放； 3) In case that brake is lost, the following measures should be done: (1) set slips if possible; otherwise, (2) engage low-speed clutch. When it starts to be functional, set slips. Meanwhile, floorhands should run to the safe area on the rig floor, such as: the space outside mast lowest sections or legs, so that nobody would be injured even though driving chain is broken. (3) use emergency brake if the brake bar is broken,. 发现失去刹车后，〔1〕有条件座卡瓦时，立即座卡瓦；〔2〕无条件座卡瓦时，挂合低速，低速作用后座卡瓦。合低速时井口作业人员要迅速撤离至井架大腿以外平安处，防止在合低速时传动链条断而顿钻伤人。〔3〕刹把断那么使用紧急刹车。 4) Check the possible cause that brake is lost, repair it and resume normal operation. 检查失去刹车的原因，修复并恢复作业。 4.2.3 Sticking prevention 防卡钻： 1) Do not POOH until mud property is well circulated and conditioned. 起钻前充分循环泥浆，调整好泥浆性能方可起钻； 2) Keep the speed of POOH and RIH under control, prevent from being excessive stabbed or surged. 控制起下钻速度，防止过大的抽吸和冲动压力； 3) Always keep the hole with mud while POOH. 起钻中按规定及时灌满泥浆； 4) No tools should be put around rotary table. Floormen should closely check every wellhead tool and keep the hole well covered when available to prevent tools or junks falling down into the borehole. 手工具不能放在转盘上，井口人员随时注意检查井口工具和盖好井口，防落物入井； 5) Never over pull more than 100KN during POOH. Never slack more than 50 KN while RIH. No POOH or RIH by excessive force. 起钻遇卡不超过正常摩阻100千牛；下钻遇阻不超过50千牛，不可强行起下钻具； 6) Keep drilling string being rotated or reciprocated in open hole and do not keep it static more than 3 minutes. 钻具在裸眼内要及时活动，静止时间不超过3分钟。 4.2.4 Well control 井喷的控制 1) Every employee should stick to its post and closely monitor oil&gas show. 严格要求各人员落实工作岗位，密切注意油气层的显示； 2) Always keep the hole full of mud while POOH. The volume of mud to be filled up should be equal to that of drilling string to be pulled out. Otherwise, stop POOH immediately, analyze the causes and take proper measures. 起钻及时灌泥浆，灌入的泥浆体积必须与起出钻具的体积相等，如灌入泥浆量小于起出钻具体积，应及时停止起钻，分析原因并采取措施； 3) While RIH, if the volume of drilling string being run into the hole is smaller than that of returned mud, stop RIH immediately, analyze the causes and take proper measures. 下钻中，下入钻具的体积小于排出泥浆的体积，应及时停止下钻，分析原因并采取措施； 4) While drilling, if the volume of returned mud is larger than that of mud pumped in, stop drilling at once, analyze the causes and take proper measures.
