1 the carrying vessel shall be provided by the seller partial shipments＇ transshipment and containers transportation are allowed
2 after loading is completed the seller shall notify the buyer by cable of the contract number description of commodity quantity name of the carrying vessel and date of shipment
(15)品质数量重量异议索赔：货目口岸买方发现货物品质数量重量合规定符属保险公司船公司责外买方双方意检验机构出具检验证明卖方提出异议品质异议须货目口岸日起30天提出数量重量异议须货目口岸日15天提出卖方应收异议30天答复买方
qualityquantityweight discrepancy and claim ：
in case the quality andor quantityweight are found by the buyer to be not in conformity with the contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination the buyer may lodge claim with the seller supported by survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties
with the exception however of those claims for which the insurance company andor the shipping company are to be held responsible claim for quality discrepancy should be filed by the buyer within 30 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destinationwhile for quantityweight discrepancy claim should be filed by the buyer within l5 days after arrival of the port of destination the seller shall within 30 days after receipt of the claim send reply to the buyer
(16)抗力：力抗拒事卖方合规定期限交货者交贷卖方负责卖方必须立电报通知买方买方提出求卖方应挂号函买方提供中国国际贸易促进委员会关机构出具发生事证明文件
force majeure ： in case of force majelure the seller shall not be held responsible for late delivery or nondelivery of the goods but shall notify the buyer by cablethe seller shall deliver to the buyer by registered mail if so requested by the buyer a certificate issued by the china council for the promotion of international trade or any competent authorities
(17)仲裁 执行合合关事项发生切争执应双方友方式协商解决果取协议时告国家根告国仲裁机构仲裁程序规进行仲裁仲裁决定终局双方具等约束力仲裁费非仲裁机构决定外均败诉方负担
arbitration ： all disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled through friendly negotiations between two parties if no settlement can be reached the case in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration in the country of defendant in accordance with the arbitration regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country the decision made by the arbitration organization shall be taken as final and binding upon both parties the arbitration expresses shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the arbitration organization
