Rules in Jinshi Golf Course
1 Players should dress appropriately according to the code of golf etiquette or they are not allowed to enter the golf course (Inappropriate dressing code includes shirts Tshirts jeans and spikes )
2 Use at least 5 golf clubs including woods irons and putters
3 There must be less than 5 players in one group on the course
4 During holidays players shouldn’t start a game with less than 2 people in a team without permission They should be grouped by the Club Master
5 Players shouldn’t skip the ranges or switch the starting tee
6 How to use the Tee
Black T for professional golfers
Blue T for armature players with a record of handicap
White T for armatures
Yellow T for over 60 years olds
Red T for women players
Note During holidays players need permissions from the Starting Office to play Black T or Blue T
7 Players should obey the driving cautions and be responsible to the safety of the caddies
8 Please ensure people’s safety within the range of the movement of balls or clubs
9 During the round one group should follow the group ahead If it is one hole behind the group ahead the players must wait until the coming group finish The players shouldn’t destroy the turf when trying a hit
10 If a ball was hit out of bounds from the tee the fourth hit must be done from the special T if there is any Or the second hit must be done in the same tee where it was
11 Running or swinging the club on the green is forbidden A compensation of 500 yuan m2 should be paid if the green is damaged An damaged area of less than 1 square meter should be paid as 1 square meter
12 During holidays the time of ball search shouldn’t be more than 2 minutes In other time the time should be less than 5 minutes
13 Double limitations on handicap and time
A A starter who knows little about golf etiquette and rules shouldn’t enter the court Instead they should accept the coach’s guidance in the driving ranges
B A player with a handicap of more than 40 (In 18hole game more than 120 hits) is not allowed to play in the court at weekends and holidays A petrol supervisor monitors this If a player makes more than 8 hits at the first hole he or she may be asked to move to B district
C They players must finish the game in a limited time If a player leaves more than 3 holes unaccomplished he will
1) Pause the game and let the coming group pass first
2) Stop playing but the fees will not be returned
3) Stop playing and wait until the ground is completely ready
4) An arrogant player is not welcomed for a second time
14 The caddies and the supervisors are directly in charge of the order on the golf course Players are expected to show respect to the caddies and obey their orders
