组织行学英文学总结
In this semester we have learned the subject of organization behavior As we know that this study is the multidisciplinary field that seeks knowledge of behavior in organizational setting by systematically studying individual group and organizational process In ordinary we exist as a role of individual but when we get out of the university and go to a company we will be one member of group or team If we have the knowledge of organization behavior we have the ability to control ourselves influence workmates and understanding the real idea of the boss well as a result we can performance well and get a promotion In my opinion there are many theories we can be used in our daily life and work career
组织行学英文学总结 The first one is the theory of organization justice People will have the perception of farness or unfairness toward one thing One day if I become one management of a company I should do this way to solve this problem pay workers what they deserve offer workers a voice openly follow fair procedures explain decisions in a demonstrating dignity and respect train workers to be fair With this in mind I believe that I will be a good management
What’s more we have learned the way to coping with the stress There many causes of stress in workplace such as occupational demand conflict between work and no work overload and so on I should prepare to stand the stress in my job in future and find some better to cope with them
Moreover I have learned the theory about organization culture As we know every company has their own culture that may be toxic organizational culture or healthy organizational culture As one member of this group we must learn and to accept this kind of culture Otherwise we will be evicted from this company
All above are three critical theories I have learned from this class I believe that it will be a great treasure in my life It will indicate the way I will go forever
