1 电站失电预案 electrical station loose power prepare procedure
1）24V充放电板失电 24V discharge panel loose power
24V充放电板失电应急处理针航行程非航行状态必须做障排开航
航行程突发性24V充放电板失电会导致CPP失控舵机失控
时配电板电站机侧推然正常工作
时汇报驾驶室求船长注意做船舶安全避碰够通控制机侧推保证船舶安全
The 24V discharge panel loose power emergency action just for sailing situation if not sailing situation should solve the malfunction and then sailing
During the sailing if the 24V discharge panel loose power it will bring out CPP out of control steering gear out of control
But the MSB main engine thrust still normal working
Inform wheelhouse and required captain operate the ship safety avoid bump just can through main engine and bow thruster
寻找安全位置停船抛锚解决24VDC失电障
Find a safety place stop the ship and anchor the solve the 24VDC loose power problem

航行程突发性电站失电会导致舵机侧推失控机CPP继续运转
时应急发电机会动启动合闸供电满足应急明需
时应该必须想办法快恢复板供电时汇报驾驶室求船长做船舶安全避碰
During the sailing if the MSB paroxysmal loose power the steering gear and thruster will be out of control the main engine and CPP can normal work
The emergency generator will start by himself and switch on supply the power for the emergency lighting
It should be make the MSB supply power at once It should inform wheelhouse and required captain make the ship safety avoid bump

取消柴发车单台运行切断次负载 cancel the generator parauel operation alone running cut the unimportant loading

短路脱闸失电 short circuit switch off loose power
找出短路位置隔离供电 find out the short circuit position and regulate supply power

找出绝缘低位置隔离供电 find out the low insulation position and regulate supply power
注电气负责指挥组织员修复轮机协助驾驶室联络
Remark the electrical supervisor should in charge and arrange people repair it the machinery supervisor help to keep contact with wheelhouse
