    IN PTA installation there are many pipes with inflammable explosive and corrosive medium most of which are slurry and powder with strong corrosion Therefore the required material of pipe erection is very strict In this installation we not only use a lot of low carbon stainless steel with specification of 304L316L and 317Lbut also some titanium pipe alloy pipe and plastic pipe

    There are many movable equipments in the installation we need ensure pipe erection without stressing and cannot impose external force on the equipments In the pipe erection we need start from the equipment inside and then the outside of the equipments We need set up the pipe rack in time to avoid the gravity from the pipe system

    The area between flange to flange and circle pad shall be protected from scratches loosening twisting and so on The surface of asbestos shall be flat and smooth and be free from bubbles multilayers crease and so on

    5441阀门试验检验前专门成立阀门检验试验组成员应施工班组相关技术员质量检查员组成时必须进行专门技术交底配置相应工装设备
    We will set up a valve check and test group before valve inspection which include construction team relative technique personnel quality inspector Meanwhile We will transfer necessary technique information and assemble proper work equipment

    10 of valves shall be take for inspection from each batch of it And no less than 1 piece to shell pressure and densification test In case it is not qualified another 20 of it shall be rechecked If unqualified again the valves cannot be used
    5444阀门壳体压力性试验密封性试验必须洁净水进行锈钢阀门试验水氯离子含量超25ppm
    Clean water should be used in the valve shell pressure and densification test The content of chlorine used in stainless steel valve should not overpass 25ppm
    5445阀门壳体试验压力应公称压力15倍试验时间少5min壳体填料渗漏合格
    Valves shell tested pressure should be 15 times of nominal pressure and the test should last 5 minutes It will be qualified in the case of shell and packing be free from leakage

    The shell material of alloy steel valve should be analyzed one by one by high speed spectra If unqualified valves in it this batch of valves are forbidden to using
    5449试验合格阀门应时排净部积水吹干密封面应涂防锈油关闭阀门封闭出入口
    Internal water in the valve acceptable should be drained in time and density area should be dried and coated with rust preventive oil The valve should be closed The egress and ingress should be closed
    54410安阀设计文件规定定压值进行调试允许偏差±3调试介质:道介质气体时优先酇氮气调试道介质液体时应液体调试调压时压力应稳定安阀启闭次数3次求起跳压力明显前漏漏现象安阀进出口压差较进行壳体压力试验密封试验时压力定压值泄漏安阀出口贴纸进行目测
    Constant pressure of safety valves should be adjusted according to the document regulations and +3 deviation is permitted We will use different mediums as follows according to the specified conditions Using nitrogen first in case of air in the piping Using liquid in case of liquid in the piping The pressure should be stable when adjusting and every safety valve should be opened and closed three times The up and down pressure should be clear without internal and external leakage Because the pressure deviation between safety valves ingress and egress is relative far the pressure is less than its constant pressure in density test in this condition the leakage is not permitted and the labels can be made on safety valve ingress and egress for visual check

    Steel material cutting and piping groove process should use methods as follows
    For galvanized steel tubes and carbon steel tubes with nominal diameter ≤50 using mechanical cutting For carbon steel tubes with nominal diameter less than DN50 using oxygen acetylene cutting For stainless steel tubes using applied mechanical or plasma cutting For steel tubes with specification of 304L314L and 317L using abrasive wheel cutting or another alternative using special emery plate to grind Tube cutting should be flat and smooth and no cracking sand crust fins uneven open track melted residue scrap and oxidization
    65 预制段单元区域摆放整齐便运输安装道施焊时规定焊接工艺执行道焊接损检测工作完成应预制厂锈喷砂防腐焊口两侧100mm范围允许涂漆焊工钢印号道编号线号允许涂漆系统水压试验合格进行防腐涂漆保证焊接质量工艺道焊接均采氩电联焊工艺进行
    Prefabricated piping section shall be laid in order to transportation and erection We will weld complying with regulated welding process After piping welding and nondestructive test The derusting blasting and antirotting steps should be done in the prefabrication yard But 100mm away form two sides of welding joints and welder’s sign piping number and pipeline number are not permit to paint it should be done after system water pressure test qualified In order to ensure welding quality all the process piping use argon continuation welding

    7322焊接坡口应砂轮磨坡口应整齐光洁坡口外表油污锈蚀坡口两侧10~15mm范围氧化层应清理干净清理范围应裂纹夹层等缺陷
    Welding groove should cleaned by abrasive wheel Groove should be flat and smooth The oil rusting and oxidization of groove surface should cleaned very well In clean range should have no defects such as cracking and double layers
    奥氏体锈钢焊接时应采标准短电弧快速焊窄焊道工艺进行焊接应控制层间温度超150℃必时应采取强制冷措施
    In stainless steel welding operations We will weld with process such as small specification short arc and high speed welding and narrow welding And will control the interpass temperature less than 150If necessary we will use cooling measures in force

    In order to ensure the welding shape quality of pipe mouth backing All stainless tubes welding should use argon arc welding to make a bottom When making the bottom Argon should be filled the tubes We should fill argon when prefabricated tubes mouth welding it should be done in the condition of two tube mouths are closed The welding area should sealed with hospital adhesive tape and opened with welding progress When erecting the tubes welding we will lay down lyotropic paper in welding mouth inside before correcting the welding mouth group and use filled arc locally to protect We should change air in the inner tube until the arc in the groove flow in uniform After the first pass welding we need check the first welding joint and continue to weld next when qualified to avoid the welding defects
    735奥氏体锈钢道焊接程中应防止横摆动焊道宜宽焊接应连续次完成应中断
    During the SS piping process we should complete one time with proper width of welding pass

    When the temperature reaches over 200 degree which include the surface butts of all base metals the root and the surface of hot effected location the titanium pipe should be in protected gas estate The protected gas which has high purity argon with moisture of 50mgm3 conveyed by clearing plastic tube
    7 焊接作业均应风区进行场洁净必须施工现场搭封闭作业篷
    The work of welding can be carried out in nonwind location with cleanness therefore we have to cast an obscure sail at the construction site
    7参加钛焊接焊工必须先ASME Ⅸ 求考试合格配备铰刀锈钢丝刷氧化锆铝砂轮丙酮洗剂保护罩等专工具焊前应根WPQR编制焊接工艺卡
    The welders for titanium tube welding should have a test required for ASME IX equipped by exclusive use tools such as reamer SS brush backing shield Welding process card can be reviewed in accordance to WPQR prior to welding
    7415钛搬运口吊装等作业应铁索具作业程应防止钛道接触铁类物质防止铁污染
    We use ironless rigger to convey correct and hoisting the titanium pipes During the course the titanium pipe should be kept from iron material to prevent iron pollution
    742 焊前准备
    Preparation before the welding
    7421坡口两侧25mm外外表油污应奥氏体锈钢丝刷铰刀等机械方法氧化膜毛刺外表缺陷清理干净外表应丙酮进行脱脂处理严禁氧化物溶剂填充焊丝应丙酮清理干净
    After the eliminated oil fouling of the groove and 25mm of the two sides the mechanic method such as the applied SS brush and reamer are used to eliminate the oxidized sheet fin and defective face The cleaned face is handled by acetone and avoided by oxidization In addition the welding wires should be cleaned by the acetone
    7422 焊工配带手套应水洗丙酮洗涤施焊前毛边毛屑
    The gloves for welders should be washed by water or acetone and eliminated the rough edge and the fur prior to the welding performance
    7423 子组时应做壁齐口错边量应超壁厚10℅1mm
    When align piping group we should make the wall inside flat and smooth the butt misalignment should be not more than 1mm and not more than 10 of wall thickness

    7424 组卡具金属成份应母材成份致焊接心磨掉定位焊应采正式焊接相焊接材料焊接工艺焊缝长度般10mm左右高度超壁厚23焊点数应根椐径壁厚确定

    (2) 高处作业应合格脚手杆吊架梯子脚手板防护围栏挡脚板安带作业前应认真检查安设施否巩固牢脚手架应安员检查认挂牌标识办理工序交接手续方登高作业时应穿着防滑鞋防止坠落摔伤
    (3) 梯子缺档垫高梯子横档间距300mm宜时端应扎牢端采取防滑措施单面梯面夹角60~70°宜禁止两时梯子作业
    (4) 吊装段时方严禁停留行走固定方卸吊具敷设道应时安装支吊架座道固定牢固防止滚
    (5) 坑洞台边缘等四口五边〞处设置护栏防止高空坠落事
    (6) 高处作业工具材料等应放安易失落处身携带工具应手放入工具袋中传递工具物品应溜绳严禁意抛掷
    (7) 班前严禁饮酒夜间作业应充足明施工现场高处设置功率探灯保证光线充足
    1423针发生爆炸事原采取措施:
    (1) 严格执行动火票〞制度济南分公司关规定办理手续
    (2) 防止火灾爆炸事发生做氧气瓶乙炔瓶火点间距三者间应10m应立放氧气瓶乙炔瓶两者混放起防止爆炸事发生违反者予重罚予通报进入施工现场〔厂区〕严禁吸烟违者重罚安装现场动火应必备消防设施厂区动火必须办理动火票
    (3) 施工油漆应设专守严禁刷油动火作业处进行远离明火存放油漆库房应备足够灭火器挂警示标志
    (4) 施工员严禁非施工区域逗留严禁开关施工关阀门开关等
    1424针吊装作业程中发生吊装物件倾倒损坏吊车等原采取措施:
    (1) 吊装作业时应信号明确吊装前应先试吊合格前方起吊遇雨五级风等恶劣气候影响施工安时应停止吊装作业高处作业雨雪风前检查现场时设施发现问题应果断采取效措施
    (2) 防止发生吊装事手拉葫芦前应检查否完超载严禁强拉硬拽吊装作业时员站重物正方指挥应统明确作业前发生事区域隔离关员入
    1425针发生触电事原采取措施:
    (1) 防止触电事发生现场接线均应严格三相五线制〞进行现场板房焊机房焊接台配电盘开关箱电焊机应规定接良电线金属物绑起现场手持电开工具移动式电开工具必须安装高灵敏度漏电保护器应先试转合格严禁擅接电源非电工事电气作业维修电设备时应先切断电源挂工作严禁合闸〞警告牌
    (2) 般低压行灯超36V潮湿金属容器携带行灯电压超12V须设置触电保护器防护罩
    (3) 现场手持电开工具必须匹配漏电保护器时应先试转合格前方
    1425针射线伤害道系统试压吹洗化学清洗系统气密意外伤害原采取措施:
    (1) 危险处射线作业区应设置明显警告牌射线作业前作业时间点通知现场施工员
    (2) 道系统试压吹洗化学清洗系统气密设警界线挂明显警告牌关员入
